NWPA Member Legal Support Programme

Legal Support When You Need It

Professional life and personal life can sometimes involve situations where legal guidance becomes necessary. NWPA's Member Legal Support Programme is intended to help eligible members understand their options and access appropriate professional legal assistance.

Programme policy terms are awaiting NWPA approval. Requests may be submitted for review; no benefit, funding or representation is automatically approved.

Two areas of support

Support for working life and personal life.

These are potential request categories, not a promise of unconditional coverage. Availability depends on programme rules, exclusions and individual case assessment.

Workplace & Employment Legal Support

Eligible members may request assistance with qualifying employment matters.

Personal Legal Support

Eligible members may also request assistance for qualifying personal legal matters arising after activation of their NWPA membership.

Personal matters should ordinarily arise after your membership effective date. Pre-existing disputes are not automatically covered; exceptions require specific permission under the applicable programme rules.

Read the Member Legal Support Policy framework

NWPA facilitates legal support for eligible members under the applicable Member Legal Support Programme. Professional legal advice and representation, where provided, will be handled by appropriately qualified legal professionals. Submission of a request or possession of NWPA membership does not by itself guarantee acceptance of a case, financial assistance, a particular outcome, or legal representation. Programme eligibility, exclusions, waiting periods and support limits apply.
