When legal issues arise, knowing where to turn can make a significant difference. Eligible NWPA members can access structured legal support for workplace-related matters and qualifying personal legal issues, subject to the terms and eligibility conditions of the NWPA Member Legal Support Programme.
Professional legal services are handled through appropriately qualified legal professionals. Case acceptance, financial support and representation require eligibility review and approval.

NWPA intends to provide eligible registered members with access to structured legal support for qualifying workplace and personal legal matters through appropriately qualified legal professionals, subject to programme terms and eligibility conditions.
No. Coverage depends on membership status, when the issue arose, the nature of the matter, applicable waiting periods, programme exclusions and the level of support approved for the case.
Pre-existing matters are ordinarily not covered under standard programme benefits unless specifically permitted under applicable NWPA rules.
No. Membership does not automatically guarantee free litigation or court representation. Representation and financial support, where available, depend on case eligibility, programme rules, approval and available resources.
Yes. Eligible members may request assistance for qualifying personal legal matters under the programme, subject to applicable eligibility rules and exclusions.
